First off, my Grandparents finished their mission here in Salt Lake. It was so nice to be able to have them close and for my kids to get to know them a bit better, but we are going to miss them.

Next up...Jacob and his pre-school class went to the zoo for the end of the year bash. I was a chaperone and then we were supposed to have 1 high school student per child to help us out. Well, somehow Jacob got lucky and got 4 girls and 1 boy to be at his beckon call whenever he needed them. It was the easiest zoo trip I have ever had.

Our Big Boy also graduated form pre-school this May (well sort of, he doesn't make the cut for Kindergarten next year so he will be going back). It was so cute each of them got to up on the stand and had something read about them and then they were handed a diploma. I couldn't believe he went up there by himself...such a switch from the begining of the year.
His Diploma!
His wonderful teacher, Ms. Linda!
Another big event for our family is Uncle Jeff (Wade's brother) heading into the Missionary Training Center, to get ready for his 2-year mission in Bangkok. The whole MTC thing was very different and sad. They aren't allowing families to come inside to see them off because of the Swine Flu thing, so we only had a few minutes to say goodbye in the parking lot and then he was off to serve the Lord. We are all so proud of him and we are just so glad that we got to be with him for the last few days.

Kids not cooperating as usual to get a picture with Jeff...Oh well!
The gang at the MTC...The kids and me, Brit, Jeff, Diane, and Devin.
Last look at Jeff as he head on inside.
Another fun thig we did last Saturday, was going to the Hill Air Force Base Air show. Of couse our favorite was the Blue Angel, Thunderbirds. The kids didn't even mind the noise this time and we only had a bit of drama at the begining when Jacob thought he was going to get to fly in the plane..oh well, we should have explained that before hand.

Busy is good! It gets crazy for sure but I just remind myself that it sure beats boring winter!! You and your kiddos are all lookin so cute! Lots of great pictures. Hope you continue to enjoy the business! :)
Thanks for inviting us on Saturday-we were so sad we couldn't come! We have been super busy too. My little step-brother got married yesterday, so all week it's been showers, family in town and all that stuff.
Jacob's graduation was so cute! Is he going to the same preschool next year? Anna is getting so big. We need to get together soon.
Looks like a fun month! I love that pic of your kids hiding from the camera...too cute!
Preschool has help Christian's "shyness" too. He has really changed I am so grateful for that. I had to laugh when I saw the picture where your kids were hiding from the camera for the picture with your brother. too cute! Christian will never look at the camera long enough for me to take a picture. So frustrating. Thanks for sharing! I glad you guys are doing well.
